“Relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. Great value!”

We’ve been traveling for a while now and this was one of our favourite stays. We arrived exhausted and were so grateful to be allowed into our room several hours early. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms spacious and well decorated. It was really peaceful at night too and we slept well. The shower was lovely and hot. The breakfast was so nicely set out - great variety. The location is in a quiet area of town, only 5-10mins from the Main Street. Would absolutely stay here again!

The decor is super cute, bright colours in the desert, wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the place. The staff were lovely and welcoming, even packed a breakfast for us to leave early in the morning. The room and facilities were very clean too and bed was very comfortable. Honestly wish we booked more nights here instead of our other accomodation.

Good breakfast with a range of food options and eggs prepared for you. Room could be cleaned daily if you wish. Kitchen facilities available. Quiet setting, lovely cacti, close to centre of town.

“Top!”

This accommodation was amazing! Looks beautiful, you get a view of the volcano from the courtyard, the personnel is super nice. If you have morning excursions (which you most likely will), they prepare your breakfast to go which is a great bonus.

Everything was really good. We had to leave last day after Check out time, and they allowed us to take a shower in the common room.

Amazing stay, Robert helped out with planning the needed activities. I really enjoyed it!

“One of the best hostels we’ve stayed in”

We loved our stay here. The place look great and is really well looked after. Room itself was great- very comfortable bed, hot shower. They came and made up the bed every day and change the towels which is nice. Lots of areas to hang out including a nice rooftop. The kitchen was probably the biggest, cleanest and most equipt kitchen I’ve ever seen in a hostel. Big shout out to Sonia who runs the place so well. Another member of their staff Robert arranges the tours and we found he uses the best companies and best prices- we love all tours we did.

The bed was so large and cozy, the shower was hot, and the sink was big which left room for my things. Lots of shelves and space to make myself comfortable for my whole stay. The communication with the hosts was good and I really loved the big breakfast! They were super nice to let me leave a suitcase for a few days while I went to Uyuni. The location is great, easy walk into the center but in a quiet neighborhood. I felt the room stayed cool and was a good temperature even in the heat.

“Lovely accom with very nice staff, not so comfy beds”

The staff are so accommodating and super helpful at preparing early take away breakfasts for day trips. The staff were so easy to communicate with and very helpful at organising day trips. It's such a cute motel and felt very safe.

“Rude staff”

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Our room was placed literally one meter from an active construction site of the same property, and nobody informed us in advance. Construction workers could see directly into our room and even into the bathroom while my wife was showering, which is a serious violation of privacy. When we reported this, the manager Sonia was completely unhelpful and only suggested putting a towel over the bathroom window instead of offering a real solution or another room. We had to involve Booking to obtain a refund, and once it was processed, Sonia kicked us out immediately and did not even allow us to wait inside for a taxi, forcing us to stand outside in the sun with our bags. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially couples or families who care about privacy, safety and basic respect. Management — and especially Sonia — should be reviewed by the owners for this unacceptable and unprofessional behavior

The reception and hotel outdoor spaces were so amazingly decorated, every wall was a complete unexpected juxtaposition of colour, texture and respect to tradition. The staff were very helpful. It was a 10 min walk to the town.

The entrance was great, the room just fine.

The property was cosy and very homely, friendly staff and other customers!

Lovely adobe setting, ten minutes walk from the main street. Staff was exceptional in helping us book and rearrange tours due to exceptionally bad weather a couple of days.
