The epitome of cleanliness. It was spotless and smelled always very clean. The dormitory, although a little bit dark, was nice and comfortable. Liz, the receptionist, has such a warm heart and prepared a delicious package for skipping breakfast the day of my departure. Perfect location.

“Simple, comfortable stay”
Great place if you just need someplace to sleep. The receptionist Jhenny was amazing and always helpful. She arranged for us the astronomical tour and hike to Volcan Lascar with a cool guide. Both tours were perfect and for a very good price.

“Great location, cold room”
Location is amazing, quiet area near the city center (walking distance). Personal was very nice and helpful. Upon request they gave us more blankets. If you rent a car there is parking available on the street. Tea was available whole day.

Basic but comfortable accommodation. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They provide packed lunch if you have an early tour. Pool is quite dirty
