The wifi could have been a little better, it came and went... which was not ideal. Had to sit outside to get signal for a meeting.

Cosy room in a nice quiet spot. Comfortable bed with thick blankets. Owner is very nice and a cute dog. On-site parking was also great. 5-10 minute walk to great local eateries.

There was no hot water to shower and even though we informed the host several times he seemed to ignoreus. Only the last day of our stay, after contacting booking, he repaired it and offered to move us on another room.

Felix designed his accommodation with great attention to aesthetic detail and functionality. The bathroom is clean and functional, as is the kitchen. We felt very comfortable in the peaceful, idyllic setting and protected by Hector, his well-behaved dog.

“Great stay just outside of town”

The room was really comfy, toilet roll was always stocked. Nice little table and chairs outside for us to hang out clothes to dry from hiking/swimming. Felix was very quick to respond to messages on booking.com, also didn’t ask for payment straight away and just lets you get settled which is nice.

We loved our stay with Felix. Fantastic place. Central and quiet. The host is a warm kind person. We really appreciated his help and hospitality.

This is a lovely and quiet spot, not too far from the city centre (10 min walk). It has a small kitchen for shared use, a nice terrasse and free parking places. The room was comfortable and clean. Felix was also helpful and attentive. And the dog definitely added to the 'at home' feeling of the place.

“Lovely, basic stay”

Really lovely stay in the peaceful part of San Pedro. Very basic but as great and clean for the price. The small shared kitchen was really useful. Parking was good and location was nice.

Felix is such a lovely and humble person. We enjoyed our stay in his place. If I come back again I would definitely stay in his place.

Great host with a friendly dog. Just what we wanted, a quiet spot for a few days. About 15 min walk to the main square but not too strenuous. We hired a car and were able to park it on site.

“Cozy hostel, just outside centre”

Quiet location and hostel, with not too many rooms. Small kitchen, adequate for preparing basic meals. Plenty of tables and chairs outside to eat, drink and relax at. Decent sized room, with storage, bin and we only had to share the bathroom with one other room. We had access to a table and chairs inside when the evening got cold. Felix was happy for us to check in early as we arrived in the morning.

“Great comfy stay”

Nice big room with warm comfy bed, hot shower (a couple of times the hot water stopped for a couple minutes but returned promptly). Small kitchen available. Laundry available on site for an extra price.

Felix was nice and attentive. It's a very calm place, 10 minutes distance by walk from the city center. The room was clean and comfortable. I recommend it!

A quiet and comfortable room with comfortable dbl bed, separate bathroom with shower and hot water. Location is good with a rural feeling in the property. The owner is very cooperative and helpful and has a friendly Labrador dog.
