It was one of the best accommodations on our South America trip! The location just outside San Pedro, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, was wonderfully peaceful 😌 A large, modernly furnished room with a small terrace and a great view. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. A minor issue with the shower was resolved immediately. A fantastic breakfast in the beautifully furnished and cozy common room completed the experience! We wholeheartedly recommend it and would definitely book here again 😉

Beautiful spacious and very clean rooms and bathrooms a bit outside the city (so no congestions) therefore it is very silent and safe. The owners are extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast is amazing and great selection. You can even see the stars at night! 10/10 would definitely come back!!

The place is a bit outside of the village, which makes it really quite during night time. A rental car is highly recommended anyway in the region as it makes you way more independent from the expensive and crowded guided tours.

Beautiful set up away from the busy areas, the owners are incredibly kind people really appreciate all their help during my stay, the breakfast was great and the family the owns the property were truly amazing

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, and extremely clean. Each room has its own little terrace with seating, and there's also a lovely outdoor area in front of the breakfast room where you can relax. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – fresh baguette, meats, cheeses, various cereals, scrambled eggs, avocado, yogurt, coffee, juices... such a great variety and everything very fresh. It's clear that cleanliness and order are a top priority, both in the kitchen and dining area. Our rental car was safely parked on the property, which gave us peace of mind. The location was perfect for us – just a 5-minute drive to the center, in a quiet and peaceful area. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. They regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. We truly felt at home and very well cared for. You can really feel the love and dedication the hosts put into running this place. They were always available and made our stay extra special. Highly recommended!

A neat place outside the busy and tourist-packed San Pedro center with direct access to silence and stars! The room was very comfortable (note: super bathroom towels!) with private balcony to enjoy the Milky Way. The owners are friendly and beyond the normal flexible and helpful. Breakfast with crunchy baguette! Would recommend to rent car though if you are staying (would recommend it anyway to avoid packed tours and have full flexibility.)

It was a great stay - quite place, a patio where you can watch stars, a mini-market nearby - all we needed. The hostess was simply amazing - a warm and caring person, thank you again for the coca tea when I was sick :) We really enjoyed our time here. And as some other travelers mentioned, it is handy to have a car, especially if you're planning to do tours instead of driving around yourself.

The owner is very kind and helpful. I felt like home. Excellent location outside the city center, with amazing stars view during the night. The room is big and clean, hot water all the time. The breakfast was very good. There is also private parking. We prolonged the stay here by 3 nights. Only 10 min driving until the historical center of San Pedro, and 5 min from Gas station. Highly recommended!

The lovely hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my van, and Victor helped me get the battery out, then he took me to town and helped me buy a new battery, and he then installed the new battery in the van. Excellent service!!

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely people! We really appreciated the thermos flask and packed breakfast they gave us for our early morning trip to the geysers. Very clean and spacious. Good shower. Liked the location because it gave such a wonderful view of the night sky.

Me and my brothers has a fantastic stay at Casa Ckelar Atacama, we stay here for 6 nights, and it was a fantastic. A quiet and clean place to come back to after exploring the desert. Since the place is a bit of a ways from town, some planning is needed for what to do about diner, but if Leonelo is open with his restaurant there, I highly recommend staying for a meal. It was one of the best meals I have ever had, and tied in perfectly with our experiences in the area. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience.

The hosts were super nice, and it was one of the cleanest rooms we‘ve ever been in. I would definitely stay there again.

“Absolutely amazing!!”

Amazing!!! The place is so calm and quiet, if you're looking for disconnection, this is the place, zero noise, very calm. The hosts are super nice, they make you feel so good, the food is very home made, and everything is super clean and organized. The location isn't a bit far from the center - 2km (8 mins drive, 30 mins slow walking), you can rent a car or a bike, but if not, you can find local people that can do the taxi service. The tours can easily pick you up in this direction and also the airport transport (no issues). This is the place if you want to be calm and not near the city-center noise.

A very cosy unit. Lovely hosts: warm welcome every day and full of local information. Fabulous stars overhead at night (given location 2km from the town centre). Nice breakfast. Very good value for money.
