Apartments are 1980’s old decor but clean. Pool is fine, AC works well.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, place was clean and comfortable. Nice swimming pool and beach access. Great location for walking to restaurants, bars and shops.

location was good, nice view of the ocean. AC was good. pool was great. Free transfer to and from ferry or airport. Manager was very attentive when help was needed. Close to many dive shops.

The manager Emanuel was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Shuttle service to and from the airport was a nice touch. It was a quiet friendly place. The pool was nice to have. I did t bring a hair dryer and pool towels which Emanuel was able to provide for us. Kitchen had everything we needed with a big thing of water for us. Walking distance to everything you need.

Staff super friendly upon arrival and overall our group really enjoyed staying here. Pool area is really nice, restaurants and bars within walking distance too. Place was clean too.

Great location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent internet connection for those of us who need to stay connected. Very close to the diving facilities and the bars on the beaches.

The host is exceptional - he would be the reason we may come back. Also, there was regular room service. The location is walking diatance to the town center.

“Excellent Villas”

Excellent location in San Pedro. The facilities are very good. The manager, Emanuel, and his staff can not do enough for you. We had the most enjoyable stay.

The pictures don't do this hotel justice. Apartment is fully equipped, clean, excellent aircon, and the manager cannot do enough to help. Organised our return transfers, enabled us to come 2 days early due to sickness, recommended where to go and eat etc. Diving and scuba trips right outside hotel, and if you use anyone further away, they pick you up from the private jetty. Directly opposite Palapa bar, and you can get good value food or takeaway and deliver from the sandbar. If you want a golf buggy, the company on the room info deliver for $40 a day and collect 24 hrs later or longer. Pool is clean with sunny and shady beds. Right on the beach. Walling distance to ferry for any trips you might do elsewhere. Highly recommend staying here.

Location, accommodation and service are all fantastic. Emanuel was always on hand to answer questions, check transfers and help with anything.

Kudos to Manuel, the manager, the exceptional cleaning staff, and Carlos, the Security Manager. We felt so welcome. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfy, and with cleaning every two days, we never lacked anything. There are several grocery stores within walking distance.
