Overview
Located right on the beachfront in tropical Ambergris Caye, The Palms Oceanfront Suites offers an outdoor pool and charming, well-equipped apartments with wonderful ocean views. Free airport transfers are provided. Each individually decorated apartment features a furnished patio and a living-dining area with cable TV. All suites have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a kitchen with a stove, microwave and coffee maker. The Palms offers communal BBQ facilities, available on request. You can also find a variety of local restaurants and convenience stores within a 5-minute walk, in the centre of San Pedro town. Ambergris Caye is just a 5-minute boat ride from the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, one of the world’s top diving and snorkelling spots. There is a small dock directly in front of the property. The Palms’s friendly staff can help arrange activities, excursions and domestic flights at an extra cost. Free parking is available on site, and San Pedro Domestic Airport is just a 3-minute walk away.

“Great stay!”
We enjoyed our stay at Palms Oceanfront Suites. The suite was very spacious, larger than expected. Great view over the ocean. Everything was clean and it was convenient to have a full kitchen. Very little noise from other guests, we barely noticed them. The pool area is nice, could have been a bit bigger to accommodate more sunbeds. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

“A lovely boutique hotel.”
The location was excellent, very convenient to town, the water and the reef. The pool area was a lovely oasis. Our balcony was huge, with great ocean views and a hammock.

“Exceptional accomodation right on the beach.”
Exceptionally friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provide for all our needs. The apartment was very comfortable and we couldn't have asked for better. The Palms is right on the beach, within a very short walk to some excellent restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the airport.

Wow! Perfect location, stunning ocean views, lovely staff, great room cleaning and INCREDIBLE VALUE! I can't believe I almost paid double for the building three doors down and all I would have had would be a newer room.

Great location on the seafront, beautiful view, quiet. Very close to the bars and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary coffee, stock of ice-cubes in the freezer :)

“Exceptional property with stunning views”
Stunning beachfront property. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Great location, close to many restaurants and bars (yet very quiet), super market metres away. Staff booked everything from tours, flights and buggy for us. Would absolutely stay here again.
