Location was perfect to walk anywhere you wanted in and around San Pedro. We walked to the north, way past the Truck Stop and down the beach far to the south. We took a water shuttle to Secret Beach one day. Didn't need a golf cart while we were there. The crab races at the Nauti Crab were a lot of fun, and the owner is hilarious. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome every day. Tip: Our room was in the back looking out at the pool. The rooms are super quiet there!

“Quiet, comfortable, good value.”
Excellent air-con in the bedroom. Staff always available and helpful. Location was good: under 10 minutes' walk to my dive operator, and close to good dining spots like Purple Pelican. The resort's own bar staff were good, and maintained a fun buzz most evenings. Party noise was minimal, and anyway died down by 10.00pm latest (it's not a late-night party town). The pool was adequate, but I never saw anyone use it!

“Too short, the location was excellent for my son's interview. Loved the Golf Cart delivery and price”
Front desk and grounds staff was pleasant and very helpful and knowledgeable. Band a few nights played great oldies, reminded of some of the songs I sang in grade school music nights. My son was surprised I remembered the words. Everything is walkable up the beach side and very accessible to eateries and stores. We felt very safe and will return vry soon.

“The extra mile from the staff goes a long way”
We had a really nice 3 night stay with Seven Seas! We loved the location and their daily social activities, but most of all we loved how friendly and helpful the staff and the manager was. He got us a golf cart in no time without us requesting it in advance. He managed to extend our stay in a very busy week and overall made our vacation so much better. Thank you all for being so kind to us! Would definitely stay there again ♡

The staff and the owner Krista were awesome. Krista greeted us upon our late arrival and got us organized in our room. She also works hard alongside the staff on busy nights and always had a pleasant smile or greeting. The location was great as well.

“I would recommend updating photos so people know what to expect”
Location was good and courtyard was nice looking. The wifi didn’t work in room and was terrible outside room. The cable was down so there was no TV even though these things were advertised. Also booked through booking.com and was charged more than was reserved for thru them so be aware. The 1st room had a crack right through the middle of the wooden door that mosquitoes would be able to fly through…the second room was better that way. The room had such a strong cleaner smell, it affected sleep but that did get better as we stayed for 2 nights. Highly needed updates, couch and chair were old and outdated

“A small central studio with pool”
The top floor studio overlooking the pool was larger than what we expected . We loved the kindness and quick response of the caretaker Mandy. It was central and close to a supermarket and some restaurants and bars .

“I would have hope she would have at least give me my money back”
If I could give this place a zero I would. we got there and from the outside of the building I knew it would have been bad the room was very small the bed was too low to the floor they had a couch bed next to the bed and when I sat on it one of the spring from the couch bed scratch my arm we left about 10 mins after we got there I text the owner and explained to her tht I was not happy with the room I paid for two nights but only stayed 10 mins we had to booked at another hotel which was very hard to get a room at tht time but we did the pictures they have up on the site is a bunch of lies
