Offering an outdoor pool, private beach area and swim-up bar, Lighthouse Beach Villas is located less than 10 minutes’ walk from the Belize Chocolate Factory and 4 km from San Pedro town centre. All suites feature air conditioning, large balconies overlooking the Caribbean Sea, and open-concept floor plans with large windows and amazing sea views. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washer/dryer equipment. Each suite has a bathroom with hot tub and over-sized walk-in showers. At Lighthouse Beach Villas you will find free bikes and kayaks, padded beach/pool loungers with umbrellas and a bar with wet and dry access. The apartment was really big and having the pool was great while also being able to swim off the dock. We didn’t get to use the kayaks because the current was too strong but nice to have the option. You can walk to a small limited shop (and even to a bigger one further up the road if you don’t want to hire a buggy) and 4 restaurants are within walking distance. Nice that boats pick you up from the dock and nice being out of the main town. Only a short taxi ride from the ferry dock. You can walk to a centre within 4 minutes to book trips

10/10 on everything. Location to town, coffee bar in the am, free use of kayaks, paddle boarding. Appearance and comfort of the facility was 10/10. Beach front chairs and shade on the beach. The pool to beach and bar are right outside the room. Having a swim up bar was so nice. Rob the bartender was amazing. The grounds were well kept, we felt very secure through the day and night as they have a security guard on the PM shift. The builder of Lighthouse actually lives there and he is around during the day and makes sure we had everything we needed. Even though we were there for relax/adventure...you wouldn't need to leave the villas at all. We left for breakfast, dinners, and expeditions. We did snorkel one day, and the boat picked us up at our dock right out front of the villas. This Villa isn't commercialized like Mahogany Bay, Victoria House, or SunBreeze. Very much felt like home at Lighthouse Villas.

“Exceeded our expectations”
Everything! It’s clean, well maintained, the staff is above and beyond and the facilities-nice pool with swim up bar, private beach, access to free use of SUP/kayaks, lots of seating by the pool and beach. We stayed in unit 4-top floor/entire floor, unobstructed beach view, amazing veranda, comfortable living area, well appointed kitchen, bathrooms are so clean and just a beautiful space! Cute place, Happys across the road for a quick bite; the Black Orchid is about 1.5 blocks and delicious; Someplace South about 1/3mile and very nice outdoor dining-they are just slow with service, but the staff is so nice.

The villa was well set-up, staff very personable and helpful. The room we had was very spacious. Well set-up kitchen, washer and dryer, big deck and very secure.
