Manager easy to contact and offered an early check-in. Very convenient location near the Sprinter Water Taxi (NOT near the Belize Express) from Caye Caulker and walking distance to the International Ferry (to Mexico).

We loved knowing the family history behind this guest house. The furnishings and design are all attractive and the room was absolutely perfect for our two-night stay. Conveniently located just steps from the Caribbean Sprinter, arrival and departure transitions were so quick and easy. A very nice little hotel, good communication. Early check in no problem. San Pedro center itself was just a stop for us, but this place was nice and clean

Good central location without being too near the town centre which can be loud at night. Good rooms at a budget price. Friendly and helpful staff.

“I only wish I could have stayed longer”

Spotlessly clean, with lots of hot water, comfy rooms and a great location (just back from the beach next to cafes and restaurants, but no loud music all night like further up the beach). My dive centre picked me up from the pier in front of the beach each day and there is another dive shop just in front of Casa de Paz too - so great for divers. Check in and out was a breeze and the owner, Chefy, always responded quickly - communication was great - and he helped me to rent a golf cart too. I honestly was sad to leave this place and felt really at home. San Pedro is super, super safe but just in case you had any doubts - there is a security guard (or was he actually a policeman) standing right outside the entrance of the building.

Comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. Wi-fi and A/C were fine. Friendly and helpful reception and housekeeping. Location is very handy for the Caribbean Sprinter ferry and within walking distance of anything in town, and for diving and snorkelling firms along the beach, but...

“Great location”

We had a lovely room that was quiet and clean. It’s a few steps from the beach, the shops and great restaurants. In each room it has everything you need to know i.e shops, where to eat etc which is really helpful.

Great, super clean accommodation in a perfect location. Great service from Chefy and we appreciated the local connections for tours, golf cart rentals, etc.

Chefy the owner was an excellent host, super helpful and accommodating. He gave me lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Room was facing front street but still managed to be super quiet.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the property is really clean and comfortable. Right next to the beach and on the high street! The staff are super friendly and helpful too. There’s a fridge in each room and filtered water in reception which were a great help. Great for the price compared to other options in San Pedro!

This is our second time staying here. The location is excellent and the staff exceptional. We can't wait to come back.
