Front desk super friendly..fellow behind bar..never friendly. Leroy great. Water was complimentary, cleaning ladies friendly, food in restaurant average, music slow.

Fabulous location on the best little beach in San Pedro, two small swimming pools and beach beds by the waterside. A great bar and restaurant with good food choices. Easy 25 minute walk along the waterfront path to town centre. 5 minute walk to ferry terminal for Caye Caulker and Belize City.

We love everything here.All staff are super nice, friendly, beach with sunbeds, clean area (every day),nice bar with tasty coctails, 2swimming pools, smaller but comfortable beds.Close by water terminal, opposite Garifuna restaurant, supermarket close by. Possibilty rent golf cart, spa.

The restaurant had good food and prices were comparable to any restaurant in San Pedro. Location was perfect. Grocery store next door which was very clean and reasonably priced. Staff are absolutely the best. Lots of hot water for showers.

“Good base to explore the island”

Rooms were basic and clean. Hotel in good location in San Pedro. The beach access was excellent but unusable due to the inundation of seaweed. We hired a golf cart to visit Secret Beach so we could swim and spend time on the beach. The light fitting in the swimming pool was hanging out, which felt very dangerous. The food was inconsistent quality and although the staff met our needs they weren’t very warm.

“Perfect hotel for a fabulous beach holiday with amazing snorkelling”

Everything! What an amazing hotel! Simple but fitted into the environment beautifully. I had a perfect room on the ground floor and the steps from my room led directly on to the beach, which couldn't be better. You could watch all the fish from the dock (also just a few paces from my room) including tarpon and rays, and also watch pelicans, herons etc. Plenty of sun loungers by the two pools and the beach. The room was simple, clean with very comfortable beds. There was coffee and tea available all day and fresh drinking water, which was such a lovely touch. The location couldn't be better: gentle with a lovely beach right there, a restaurant and bar on site very competitively priced which is a bonus Very good supermarket right outside the front of the hotel. Just 30 minutes' walk into San Pedro itself with all its bars and restaurants. Several good restaurants and bars near the hotel. I didn't bother hiring a golf cart but it would be a quick journey into San Pedro. The staff were all lovely and LeRoi who works by the bar and organises all the trips was brilliant! I will most definitely return! Thank you everyone.

Nice peaceful hotel on the beach. All staff super nice. Especially the bar staff who couldn't do enough for you.

Caribbean Villas Hotel was a peaceful place a bit south of the bustle of all the golf carts and people traffic. Beautiful grounds with two pools and beach front property were a perfect blend. The restaurant on site has great food and the staff were friendly and helpful. The crew was always up early cleaning the seaweed off the beach. The room was quaint and the bed was fair, but overall a wonderful time! Thank you.

The restaurant and bar were great, a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from and the staff were very friendly. The hotel also put on various entertainment (a quiz, live music). It was a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful settings.

Room was substandard. The bar/restaurant and location were excellent. The room was very loud, you could easily hear every little sound from all adjacent units.

The staff is very nice and the beach is lovely. They provided coffee filters and there's a grocery store right beside the hotel. The hotel restaurant was nice and had a pool table.

“Very disappointed in San Pedro”

Location and staff were good but San Padro is an awful dirty neglected place. Garbage everywhere - I would not recommend this Island. Food is expensive and very basic
