In a lovely and quiet location, within reach of national parks, Aquila, Grotte di Stiffe and Rocca di Mezzo. You can park temporarily outside the property but you may want to park your car and then walk to the property. The room was fresh, modern and clean but in the case of my single room, on the small side. It had good double glazing, which was helpful in the morning due to the works being carried out on other houses (Abruzzo is still an open working construction site due to earthquakes from some years ago) but don't let that put you off the region, as it is stunning and not too far from Rome, etc.

Super nice breakfast! The Host (wonderful lady) was very hospitable and served true Italian breakfast with home made Cappuccino. Loved it!

Hospitality of the lady owner and the full kitchen facility. Even though we have to use translator to communicate, we sat and talk for an hour over breakfast.

“When little details count. Excellent place”
We enjoyed the breakfast so much. Everything was made form Franca with Wood fired oven. Franca was so kind and full of attention, the rooms were very comfortable e very clean. We stayed in January and outside was -4/5 degrees but the rooms, with the underfloor heating were always very warm. Thank you Franca for your kindness!
