The staff was amazing, the lady on the reception was super nice and I would give 10 if I was just rating this. Location is ok, there was AC in the room, the garden was nice, room was big.

The Hostal is behind a big iron gate guarded by 2 video cams without any bell. So I knocked several times to make them aware that there is somebody outside. After about 15 minutes they opened. While I was checking in with a friendly receptionist and explained to her that I leave my car outside, a man appeared - probably the owner - approached me very rudely and asked what is going on. I told him I am checking in and that I am tired to explain the details about my car and that he may ask his spanish speaking receptionist. Then he became angry and made me feel very inconvenient. I decided to cancel and told him that I don't want to stay in his place. In this moment he startet to record me with his smartphone. as I left. This was the worst reception I ever had in a hotel - what a crook that guy was. He was probably used to bully young students around. I reported the incident to booking.com.

The staff are very friendly and the location is great. Price was quite high for what it was, hence the 8 instead of 10.

I did not like the fact that the hotel do not have the acomodations for a gest with a wheelchair at all . I’m sorry but I will not recommend the hotel to anyone in my family. I paid for 16 days and I only stayed 1 day. But thanks
