Hotel felt very secure. Great location in cul-de-sac. Easy to walk to town centre and bus terminus. Helpful staff.

“A lovely hotel with friendly crew, just very noisy next to a bar or a disco”
All was very well (including a really huge menu / breakfast option). Room was small but adequate. I think there was a disco behind the hotel and the loud music that lasted all night prevented me from sleeping.

“Charming, clean, delicious food and kind staff! :)”
What made the stay a truly wonderful experience was the staff. From the owner to the servers in the cafe and front desk staff, everyone was polite, attentive, and beyond helpful! The room was clean and well equipped with ac, water, cable, and toiletries. Thank you to the chefs and the deliciously amazing food they serve to guests. The menu is expansive and everything tasted fresh and was very flavorful. The setting was serene yet bright and contains lots of seating. A special thank you Miss Yancy, Alejandra, and Guillermo for their kindness! Last but not least, this charming place truly cares about their guests, their privacy and safety. Looking forward to my next stay when back in San Miguel!

Actually everything was good and the staff were very helpful, room comfortable. Just a little overpriced for what is basic (albeit good) hotel. Location was great - very safe to walk around and near bars and restaurants
