“4 star hôtel but not 4 star service”
For a 4 star hotel I was very disappointed by thé quality of service. When I checked in the toilets trash bin was full, and thats very disgusting I wonder if the room was properly cleaned before my arrival. The swimming pool could be better with a proper clean as well, even in morning after the clean, there’s still plenty of things (not just plants but debris) floating on water. Thé réception service is extremely slow, whenever I needed something I had to call 2 or 3 times to finally get it….

The pool wasn't in a good condition, the floor of the pool was dirty and missing bricks at the bottom. The pool chairs were dirty. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the rooms beside The room had a balcony that could not be closed since it did not have a key lock and the door room is shorter than the door frames so all the noise from the street entered the room. Breakfast is not good. We went during a long weekend in Mexico and they only had one person to attend hosts needs. I requested through room service two bottles of water and never got it. They have free parking (I must say anyone can park there as you don't need a ticket)

“Lovely, comfortable, and relaxing.”
The hotel lobby, restaurant, grounds, garden, and my room were all designed beautifully. The buffet breakfast looked amazing, but as it was too much food, they made us omelets of our choice instead, which were delicious! The room and beds were very comfortable, cool, and quiet. The hotel is a 15 minute taxi ride away from the center.

I have no complains about the meals. the breakfast is very nice. Nevertheless, its very poor image to find thah the TV screen its not working properly, and that if you need a glass to take a medicación, you do not have any.

Good value for money (we found a deal on booking and paid a bit less than 50€ per night). Large and comfortable bed. Shower worked well. Nice pool.
