Moderate sized, neat, clean & tidy room, with plenty of chairs, decent shared kitchen but only provide small bowls, quiet neighbourhood, 10-15 min walk to Allende park in the historic centre, host lives nearby and is responsive to messages, beautiful garden.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood but within a 15 minute walk to all the key sites (e.g., Zocalo, El Jardin, Banking, Market, Artesanal Market, Library) Three rooms front onto the local street and their is some local traffic which is generally absent overnight but can start at 7:00 a.m. ending around 10:00. If you are very sensitive to noise request the room at the far end of the property. Breakfast was adequate but did not vary. However, you have the use of a full kitchen and can supplement the basic continental breakfast by cooking you own meals or reheating takeout. In January, the rooms can be cold but there are electric heaters available for a small supplemental cost. Alberto was a kind host with lots of information

“Lovely”

Cute and neat place, good value for money. Out of the touristy part, but close enough to the centre. Check in is easy and it's a pretty neighbourhood.

The B&B is very cosy and well cared for. Although there was an issue with entry the host was immediately available and came over to assist. He was also very helpful and kind as were the ladies on breakfast duty while I was unwell. The area, while not totally central, is the artsy part of town, super quiet, and an easy walk to everything.

This place is great, so clean and comfortable with a good continental breakfast. The room size was great and includes a fan and TV. The host Alberto is so friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is walkable distance to the main attractions. If I ever travel back to San Miguel de Allende, I will not hesitate to book this place again.

The location in the Graudalope neighbourhood is very good, quiet, pretty area, safe, easy walk to Central. The interior garden is lovely, relaxing. We enjoyed 24/7 access to the kitchen, dining & living rooms. Staff & Owners are helpful and pleasant.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like! When we arrived we were in disbelief that this would be our stay for the next four nights. All spaces were immaculately maintained and beautifully aesthetic. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, offering a lovely green space to relax and enjoy the wonderful birds it attracts. In the evening the yard was a magical delight, lit up with low level lighting throughout. The communication from the hosts was extremely organized and welcoming. The ladies who arrived early morning to set up breakfast and tend to any of the accommodation needs, were an absolute delight.

The breakfast was fruits , cereals, toasts, Coffee, tea. You have access to a very clean kitchen if you want to Cook yourself extra or for dinner. Decorated with good taste, nice private garden . Good host , bilingual and good staff: 2 ladies not bilingual. Pleasant large bedrooms well lighted ,clean. Good location walking distance to everything that matters .

Each room had a seating area outside in a lovely garden. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. I felt very safe.
