We loved the location. Estella was very welcoming and with the help of Google translate we had some lovely conversations with her. She quickly responded to any questions we had. Sitting on our porch, listening to the water feature in the centre courtyard was enjoyable and the size of the room was perfect!

The location and comfort. Beds and bed sheets are super comfortable! The staff (Rossy) are super helpful and kind. There is no parking available but have a valet parking service to help you park your car.

Beautiful view, the stunning sunset view from the balcony, you can take a deep breath and enjoy the peaceful view. The hotel is very clean and luxury

Loved the location. Close to some beautiful designers/Artists from Mexico both in fashion and art. The architecture of the hotel and its interior design My room had a large veranda/balcony overlooking the town and it monuments The cleanliness of the rooms, the sheets, bathroom, and the rest of the property Had a fridge (empty) Nespresso machine with 2capsules per room per day 2medium size water bottles per day (more if asked) Calm rooms (my sons on the street side)

Lovely big rooms and comfortable beds. Bathroom had a shower over the tub which wasnt great. However the design is lovely and serene. No parking on the street, you have to park at a paid car park about 5 min walk. Great location in the centre of town, perfect for walking and exploring. great restaurant and bars all around. The hotel did not have any breakfast or food options.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were right there by the square, the park, restaurants, bars, shops, and the wedding venue Casa Cien. Waking up to the view and having coffee on the balcony was breathtaking.

Location is excellent. Cleanliness is excellent! Modern and cozy! Air conditioning works great, as does the hot water! Staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful! The mini-fridge is ample. 1600w blow dryer included. Staff is attentive, very helpful, and never intrusive. 24-hr assistance. Loved the ample balcony overlooking the courtyard. Ample storage; no need to live out of my suitcase. Great experience!

We really struggled with our room. There was blood on the sheets. our air conditioning didn’t work and we got bitten by mosquitoes.
