The location is stunning with panoramic views across the lake to the mountains. The layout of the hotel itself is very elegant. The gardens & immediate surroundings give it a relaxing, almost rural atmosphere. Our host/owner of the property was particularly friendly & welcoming. The breakfast was delicious & set us up for the day.

Staff were lovely, accommodated early and late breakfasts on different days. Very friendly and gave us great information on local restaurants, sights etc. Home baked cake and pastries for breakfast were gorgeous. Room was immaculate, AC very welcome as weather was very hot.

“What a place!”

As several guests previously mentioned, lots of sugar for breakfast :) And a strange noise every now and then from outside. But overall, an excellent choice. The hosts, the location, the fresh air, parking for ten coaches. (Some problems with the navigation apps that took me to the wrong place - not the hosts' fault, of course.) Score 100 for breakfast overlooking Lake Orta. We are seriously considering coming back.

“Excellent staying in a good location to visit Lago d'Orta.”

This hotel deserves three stars. Nice room with view at the park. Breakfast with view on the lake. Free parking place. Nice and very clean room. Big garden (for parties). Friendly staff. We received a lot of information of the region and where to have diner in the small towns. Lago d'Orta is beatifull (with a big market on thursday in Omegna).

The view, service and food

Excellent location for starting in the nearby hills. The lake is just a 10-minute walk away. The way back is up the hill. But it's a way to go with young children. It's a little harder for older people who find it harder to walk. It's a good beach with a bar. It's air conditioning. Large parking and park behind the house.
