Location is great. Car parking is also very useful. Reception staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Apartment with a gorgeous mountain view, very clean, with a minimally equipped kitchen, very friendly reception staff, perfect accommodation for visiting the area.

Strange that a hotel bar was not open/staffed at 8pm on a Friday night. Staffing at breakfast was random. In general they seemed under staffed, offering inconsistent levels of quality and friendliness. Overall, OK, but nothing special.

An outstanding 3-star hotel in San Martino di Castrozza. The hotel is beautiful, the staff helpful and friendly - and the breakfast outstanding. This is a great base for exploring the Pale di San Martino area. A pleasant stay beyond expectations!

Great location, walking distance to ski lift + ski bus in front of the hotel in case you do not want to walk. Helpful staff, very good dinner, great quality of food, local specialities. Great sauna experience! Definately worth the price. Thank you and see you next year!

“Avoid this "hotel" that place is only for those who speak Italian”

Communication with staff who speak only Italian is not possible. Cleanliness insufficient. They charge extra for cleaning the room and changing towels, and you need to make an appointment for this. Heating is poor. They don't take the trash out of the rooms so we were buried. If you need something, the staff will not help, they do not speak any language and are not interested in your questions.

The central location and the breakfast - vast choice of everything and they would cook you the eggs according to your own preference.

“Everything about our ski vacation was wonderful except this hotel. Sadly, we would not come back.”

The location is great, there were some people in the hotel who were very nice, but the majority of them seemed not to like being there and not motivated at all to help. Lots of hidden charges! We began to fear checkout, because we felt we would be charged for everything that in other hotels is normal. I actually started to wonder if maybe I should go to the front desks of other hotels to ask for common necessities, because I suspected I would have a better experience. We would not return here, sadly.

The hotel has a great infrastructure but still keep a familiar approach in terms of guest service. Not have much to talk about hotel, it has everything you can expect from a mountain facility and a bit more. You can trust, stay here and you will not regret.
