“Perfect way to stay in San Martin”
Breakfast was amazing and so tasty, the staff were lovely, the location was perfect, the spa and pool were added bonuses, the decor was cute and rustic.

“Nice place if we could have turned the heating off”
Nice old “Tyrol” type hotel, wooden floors and beams, everything very clean. Small room but ok for us, quiet in the day but somewhat noisy from street at night. Good breakfast with eggs. Helpful staff. Free parking one block up. San Martin is a very lovely village. On the negative side: heat came out of the aircon even though we had switched it off. We were there in March and it was still sunny and warm. We very much prefer natural temperatures and slept with the windows open which was noisy and it was still too hot because the heat kept pumping. We have experienced this in other Patagonian hotels, seems to be a thing that the heating system is always on. Such a shame.

“Very please with”
Alan at reception was very friendly, helpful and professional. Central to city centre. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety. Cleanliness of entire hotel.

“Good hotel to explore San Martin”
The hotel is not new but kept in an immaculate state, which gives it a lot of charm. Loction can't be better in the middle of all shops, bars and restaurants, yet it is very quiet to sleep. Nice garden.

Location great, hotel is pretty, staff were generally friendly and pleasant. Very good cleanliness, nice selection of pastries for breakfast.
