“Fantastic cosy accommodation with stunning views”
Everything! The room was spacious and clean with black out curtains for a good sleep. The bed was comfortable and roomy. Tea, coffee, juice and snacks were provided. The bathroom was built against the caves wall which was a beautiful feature. Finally the view from the terrace across San Marino was stunning

“Outstanding apartment and the best location. Top marks.”
Absolutely perfect location for San Marino. We stayed in the top floor apartment, out the door immediately to the left was Prima Torre and 7-8 minutes further up/down the trail is Seconda Torre - Cesta. Exit the apartment and turn right and go down and within 2 minutes walk you are in the historical centre - sites, shops and restaurants. We loved the apartment, it was instantly clear that love, care and consideration for the guests was at the forefront of the owners mind when she decided to rent it out. The kitchen was modern, yet quaint, both bathrooms were modern and spotlessly clean, both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, we slept like babies. The very large balcony with stunning panoramic views (the same view you can see when lying in either bed) was the icing on the cake. You can unwind there for hours with a glass of wine and some snacks. 30+ years we have travelled and stayed in hotels/apartments, we tip our collective hat to you.

The location is great, right under the main tower. Panoramic views of Apeninos. The apartment is new, big, elegant and complete. Has to bathrooms! And the team was very helpful. We even got complimentary gifts.

The apartment is just beautiful. We had the top one, which had a view to the west, over the whole valley, so you could enjoy the beautiful sun set. The place is very big and well designed. Really recommend it!

“A truly extraordinary experience!”
To say that this was just an amazing experience is too little; it was truly extraordinary. Sig. Cristiana was an excellent host; she equipped us with a warm welcome and great information. The house itself is beautifully restored, curated in every detail. The amazing views and the location just under one of the towers couldn't be more breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished it were longer!

“Nicely designed apartment in a great location.”
Well designed apt in a great location. It wasn't full self-catering, but there were good tea/coffee facilities. And the owner had left many things to get you started, including a nice bottle of wine!.

A fantastic apartment with some nice snacks, juice and a bottle of wine. The lady that met us at the property was so professional I highly recommend this accommodation. We were allowed to store our bags which allowed us to explore more

“Fantastic stay in San Marino!”
They were absolutely fantastic to us! The location is amazing, right in the heart of the touristic part of San Marino. Near the P6, which is fine to park at cause they will validate your ticket so you get a heavily discounted ticket! The apartment had heated floors, very comfy bed, excellent shower... it was really really good!
