Spotless clean, huge and beautiful historical apartment. An amazing host who shared a lot of info with us and has been extremely helpful throughout the stay. Even though we were leaving too early to get breakfast, the host provided us with fresh groceries the night before with amazing local products and cakes. Highly recommended for your trip to San Marino.

What can one say about this millenary house! It felt like staying in far more than just a suite. Guests are given access to a truly remarkable part of the palace. The experience was magical. The countess was incredibly warm and helpful, sharing fascinating insights into her family’s history and that of San Marino, and she was also very flexible with practical arrangements. We loved Brace, one of the restaurants she recommended. This is the place to stay when visiting San Marino!

The property perfectly captures the atmosphere of San Marino's history! The apartment is spacious and well-appointed, located in the very center, between the basilica and the public square. Everything is just a few steps away. The contact with Paula is invaluable. I recommend it to those who enjoy "immersing themselves in history."

The apartment is extremely well located for visiting all important places in San Marino, the classic furnishing and decorations are very nice, the communication with the host was very good. We can't imagine a more suitable place for couple of days in this wonderful place.

“Incredible property, unlike any we have stayed in before. Unexpectedly amazingly good.”
Whole apartment which was incredibly spacious and full of character. We kept going from room to room asking ourselves, "is this yet another part of it?" Right in the centre next to the Basilica. Atmospheric, clean, quiet. Breakfast was delivered while we slept.

Wow - this was an amazing space. We thought the photos showed communal space but it was all included in the apartment - including a ballroom. Nice breakfast provided and a wonderful location.
