Receptionist did not acknowledge me. When I told him I had a reservation, he said he couldn't find it and did not try to help until I showed him my confirmation email. The location feels very unsafe, receptionist was sitting behind bulletproof glass. Two thuggish looking men wearing masks and hoods came in while I was checking in. I had no problems with them, but they definitely put me on high-alert. I would not recommend this place if you are traveling alone or have valuables on you.
