Place is overpriced and poorly maintenance

We had the place to ourselves for 2 nights. The pools were lovely. The hammocks were great.

Perfect place for passing jet lag. Not so many guests so it was very relaxing. The staff was nice and helpful

I think it’s a beautiful place and the pool is great! I spent a couple hours there!

Great location near the beach. The rooms are smaller than appears on the pictures. We arrived at 10pm, the restaurant/bar was closed so we couldn't have anything to drink/eat and there is nothing around the hotel. The place was almost empty, we tried to negociate to keep our room for a second night, even though it was expensive for what it is, they wanted to downgrade us to smaller room or charge extra, keeping in mind the place wasn't at all occupied.

“Shower not clean, shower head doesn’t work correctly and water smelled.”

The bed moved and felt like it was going to fall of frame and that was just getting into bed. The shower floor was dirty. The shower head did not have pressure and you could not reposition it. You pretty much had to stand against the wall to get any water. The water smelled bad, had to rinse myself with water bottles I had. Location was not convenient and there were no outdoor lights. We had to leave at 3:30 am and there were no lights even lights in pools were off.

Loved the place layout. The restaurant and pools conveniently located. The pool on the adult side was nice and big. For us the added bonus was hot water for showering. Staff were very friendly, and helpful. Accommodating at the restaurant with food orders.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated all of the help provided for the one day I was there. Because Uber would not come to the property, a young lady at the front desk was able to contact and arrange for my travel back to the airport.
