We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. A special thank you to Deborah at reception for her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. She made us feel truly welcome and was always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our stay in South Tyrol so memorable!

Excellent breakfast with an Easter surprise. Nice wellness center and nice lady owner. Our birthday boy also received a pancake cake at breakfast. It was very nice.🙂🐣

Very clean hotel with excellent parking place and just 3 min drive from main skiing lifts. Host was very kind and wellness in hotel is worth to visit. Especially after whole day in skiing boots.

Good location of the hotel. Great view from the hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. The presence of a safe and a hairdryer in the room. Friendly staff. Large breakfasts and dinners. Availability of an elevator. In general, the cuisine is delicious. In general, we are very satisfied with the rest in this hotel and from the bottom of our hearts we wish it further development, friendly guests and always maximum reservations at the hotel. wow what an amazing hotel! Effie and co are efficient, friendly, welcoming and smart hoteliers. Close to the Kronplatz ski lift this is easily one of the cleanest and well managed hotels in the area.

It is really close to the Gondolas Kronplatz 1+2 and 2000. There is a ski depot, after breakfast you put on the ski boots and take skis and you walk 2 minutes to the bus station. There are buses every 15 min in the mornings. It is free, and there is like 2 minute drive to the Gondolas. So it is super efficient to get to skiing. The room is comfortable, there are mountains all around so you can see from the balconies. I see some people commenting there are church bells disturbing them. I can say the bells are so quite and short, there is no way that could disturb someone. Breakfast was great, it's a buffet, you get tea, coffee, milk, even vegan milk, cereals, eggs, croissants, hams, cheese, bread, fruit, different spreads... Nothing is missing really. I think some lady even asked for gluten free bread and got it. Of course, any special food preferences due to allergies should be communicated in advance and I am sure it would be provided. Dinner is also great, big salad buffet, soup, entree, main dish (you choose entree and main dish the day before) and desert. It is made then and there, it is not heated for hours as in some big hotels. One day for entree we had home made gnocchi... PERFECT! There are also additions on the buffet from bagels, bread, grissini, aceto and oil (different flavours), you can order drinks, etc. Brunnico is less than 5 minutes by car...

“Perfect break in a perfect place”

The owners were lovely and very welcoming. It is not far from the Kronplatz cable car and a short drive or walk into town. Plenty of restaurants and things to do close by. The Breakfast was perfect and the dinner looked very good - although I forgot to order it early int the day so missed out.
