Located on a green hill, very quiet, peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close to Bologna and San Lanzarro. Modern and very clean rooms, well equipped and comfortable. The owner is extremely friendly and very helpful, she made us feel very welcome. Nothing was impossible for her and she made our stay perfect. Breakfast was a real treat, freshly prepared with local products. We will surely return in the future!

“Can't wait to visit again!”
I had such a beautiful stay here! I'm a solo traveller, and I felt so very comfortable and welcome! The place had everything I needed and a lot of fresh air, quite and chill atmosphere, and nature all around. comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. Host was so nice and helpful with everything I needed! she was responsive and very caretaking, made me feel at home! The only thing I was sorry about is that I couldnt stay for a longer period of time :)

Adorable animal including the doggy family(papa, mama, two sons), black cat who knows how to drink water from taps and pony! Modern and fully furnished room! Love the bathroom which is super spacious ! Had fresh juice, homemade deserts (lavender cake wow!) and scrambled eggs as breakfast(of course you can have other options).

The pony’s, donkeys and that is it in nature, but only 25 minutes from the centre of Bologna.

Excellent service, beautiful location. Rooms were comfortable and with climatisation. Outstanding breakfast with home made sweets, jams, eggs, bread, yogurt and fruit (all local products). The host is very nice and competent. Recommended!!
