Excellent. A modern, well designed and well equipped flat. Quite stylish. Nice balcony overlooking a park. Supermarket and number 19 bus at the end of the road which went into the centre of Bologna in 20 minutes .Useful to have a washing machine, ironing and a toaster. Parking is completely secure. Recommended and thanks to our friendly host.

“A lovely place!”

The apartment is lovely, spacious, quiet, clean, modern and beautifully decorated, all appliances are in excellent condition. The kitchen and bathroom were fully prepared for our stay. The location is a bit away from the center, but in a peaceful place with a view of the park, near a bus stop and a supermarket.

Comfortable clean modern apartment. Supermarket and restaurants close. Secure parking included. Young lady that helped us on arrival was efficient and knowledgeable and helped with the electronic registration that had me a little frazzled. much appreciated. Highly recommended. Easy location for my rural work just outside Bologna but close enough to the city if we had wanted.

“New stylish apartment”

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Very bright, stylish, with a terrace, cozy interior. Very good equipment for cooking. The extra bed in the living room is on the couch, but the mattress is very, very high quality. We used the washing machine and dishwasher. The house is brand new and located in a quiet area. The host provided 2 sets of keys so my friend and I could plan our time separately. I loved staying here.
