“Very clean and great outdoor kitchen space.”
The kitchen is fully equipped with a beautiful outdoor space. The bed is the best of all our stays in CR! We arrived early and were able to use the outdoor kitchen. The hosts are exceptional. There’s a well stocked grocery near by. We enjoyed listening to the variety of birds and the howler monkeys across the road. The road was quiet at night.

Very nice little stay, very vlean, very friendly host, easy to find.. a bit remote/ local on the main local road.. quite noisy at night.. dogs and motorbikes

“Great place to stay with a lot of comfort”
Hakuna Mata Lodge was an unexpected "luxury" appartment with the most friendly host you can imagine. Great interior, great shower, wonderful outdoor kitchen. And the superb beaches and a small supermarket are just some short walk away. And don´t be afraid of the dog, he is as gentle as he is big. If you are looking for an outstanding appartment in San Juanilo - this is a recommended choice.

“Well worth the stay”
This property is fantastic, nice and fresh and clean very comfy bed - only a few minutes walk to the beach. You can see all sorts of birds and monkeys Air con, wifi and owners happy to help
