I travelled across all 7 continents and 102 countries by mostly staying in private accommodations. Hands down, Eileen was the most welcoming and generous hosts I ever met. If I ever return to San Juan, I will definitely be her guest again!

“Okay for the money”
The room looks modern and would've been very nice after it was renovated but some things have fallen into disrepair, such as the flooring, luxurious bathtub and sink. The bathroom is a bit dated. The hostess was very warm and helpful but she also held some very strong views on certain matters. Overall it was an acceptable stay for the price.

Clean, cozy. After a long trip, I fell into bed like a cloud! It was very nice to get some sleep before the flight. The hostess is great, she patiently waited for us until 1am, met us. I recommend this accommodation to everyone

“The best host and place to stay in San Juan”
The place was near centre and other places I needed. The host Eileen was very helpfull before my arrival, but aftet I came to stay, she overfilled all my expectations, and even she herself dropped me to the breakfast place!!!! Awsome!

“Friendly and welcoming owners in a bit of an odd pension”
Very friendly staff, payment was easy and we could even check in very early for a small fee. Good value for money. Clean room. Bathroom was relatively clean.

My mother was in the hospital in San Juan. And I needed to fly to San Juan to help take care for her, this place was the closest most affordable place. I could find near the hospital. It was quiet at night clean. I had privacy when I was in the room. The owner operator of the place was very very nice and spoke good English.

“Feels like staying at home, made a friend!”
Came to Puerto Rico for work and wanted somewhere near the office, glad I made the choice for a 8 nights stay. Felt like staying at a friend's place. Hosts were kind, helpful and patient, even drove me to the supermarket on my first night here. Had great conversations and were helpful to recommend me places to go in the city. They stay here as well so always available for you. Rooms were comfortable but in a shared apartment so manage your expectations, but for its price point, no complaints. You get to use their washing machine, iron, fridge, microwave and kettle so perfect for a longer stay.
