“Pleasent and entertaining”
Well at first they gave us a messup room but I complained and they gave me an upgrade witch was great. Then we were super happy.

“Comfy stay but overpriced, undersold and didn't deliver on the Hilton name”
Location was great and the hotel lobby looks great. It has a glamorous look, has a nice lingering scent and the staff is super friendly and always accommodating and courteous. The pools were good and the hotel has easy access to the public beach and there's a tunnel to go across to the other Hilton (Garden Inn) where they serve breakfast and there's an additional pool there. The bed was super comfy.

During the 7 days of our stay, we saw Persional smiling maybe only a couple of times. The building has 10 floors and only one elevator ! You have to wait 5-10 minutes for it, which is not normal. Booking sites say that breakfast per person costs 17 eur and in the hotel breakfast costs 27 eur .

“The room was clean but other than that, the hotel was no-frill and should NOT be a Hilton.”
The women at the front desk could not be less helpful. They really didnt care to do anything beyond check you in andgive you a key. The beach was filled with locals who were disrespectful. A hotel like this should have its own private beach.
