Location, restaurante El platanar was amazing and really close. Place was clean, bed was comfortable, it had a terrace and parking.

Overall, the place and experience was wonderful! The hosts had excellent communication and were readily available. The apartment had everything we needed and was nice and clean. The check in and check out process was also really easy, and the hosts provided easy to use instructions for them!

“GREAT STAY GREAT HOST GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD.”

IT WAS A COMFORTABLE STAY. HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED THE HOST WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS NICE AND QUITE. THE APARTMENT WAS VERY MOTERN AND VERY CLEAN. I WOULD DEF.STAY AGAIN.

Everything was great, the ability to check in and out via text made it very flexible especially with my flight having a delay and making my arrival time past the recommended check in time. Staff was very helpful, nice, and friendly.

San Juan Apartments It is a nice and cozy small apartment. We have stayed in several hotels and Air bnb before and here are my suggestions 1. Share your phone number or email with the customer. We did not have any information about you. Luckily the next door guest helped and provided your phone number otherwise we would have been waiting outside. 2. Water pressure in the shower was low. 3. Coffee, sugar and creamer should be there for at least a day or two. 4. The bed could be better. Mattress was noisy. 5. Each apartment should have a number like 1,2 3…. Or A, B, C…. And the parking spot should be assigned to each apartment. 6. If some one is staying for more than three days you should provide another set of towels and bed sheets 7. We saw cockroaches, flies and mosquitos. It should be fumigated. We have put trash outside. 8. Closet in the bedroom needs a curtain or door. 9. Wifi password did not work. I told you but no action was taken. 10. TV remote was not working, needs new remote or battery 11. One of the storage room could have laundry set- washer and dryer. It is common in all Air bnb. 12. Should have better quality of toilet paper and paper towel in the kitchen.
