Excellent stay, all staff incredibly pleasant and helpful. Big shout out to Karina on the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us in a tricky situation. She is a great asset to the hotel and Marriott Group.

“1 night stay”
Large rooms, comfy beds. Good facilities at hotel. Good location for our requirements. We originally booked three nights at this hotel but we were contacted a few days before arrival to advise We would be accomdated at the Sheraton for 1st 2 nights at Marriotts cost due to lack of room availability. Can't complain the Sheraton was superb - 10/10 shame I can't leave a review on booking.com

Once moved to the 8th floor, there was no smell, and the cleanliness was exceptional. • Everything smelled fresh—in the room, hallways, and reception. Truly top-notch cleanliness! • The pool was amazing and well-maintained. • Reception staff were very friendly and always ready to help.

“It was great. The room was exceptional, the staff was always courteous and the location was ideal.”
The breakfast selection was good. The setup created a free flow for guests. The area was extremely clean and tidy.

“It was very nice . When I visit San Juan again I would definitely stay there .”
The location was perfect. I liked that we had a $40 credit at the bar/restaurant each day . It’s located around many other hotels and restaurants. The room was perfect for my partner and I . The staff was friendly and switched effortlessly between English and Spanish to accommodate each guest. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

“The location, decor and cleanliness was absolutely perfect.”
The breakfast was good but I think the staff was overwhelmed because the guess needed items refilled during breakfast. I must say the kitchen staff worked very quickly to make sure everything was refilled as requested. Maybe, more staff is needed on the days ships are leaving San Juan. There were a lot of people.
