This downtown boutique hotel features a roof-top terrace overlooking San Juan Bay and historic Old San Juan. Decorated in 19th-century Colonial style, it offers apartments with a fully equipped kitchen. Private bedrooms, a separate living room and 2 bathrooms are offered in each apartment. A plasma cable TV and washer/dryer are included. Every apartment is uniquely styled in pastel colors and has tile floors. Free Wi-Fi is offered and the concierge desk can arrange island tours. “I wouldn’t recommend this family room for ~450 USD per night.”
The location of the property is excellent BUT it is overpriced, dirty and the bedsheets and towels are very low quality for the price they charge.

Location in middle of old town, close to all bars and restaurants , shops , the roof top pool was a god send , as got so hot walking around sights. Views of sea and harbour great. Building is old colonial type great character . Loved it all .

This was a lovely small hotel in the centre of old San Juan. The room was comfortable, everything was within easy walking distance and it was easy to get around via Uber if going further out. Great coffee and breakfast downstairs. Lovely staff in the evening, a bit less friendly in the daytime. I enjoyed spending time on the terrace in the evening.
