The location of the rental is amazing. A short walk from many many restaurants, the beach, and a short drive to old San Juan and other points of interest. The parking spot in front of the rental is also a big plus.

“love it!”
The apartment is renovated and has a puertorican vibe - everything is aesthetic and I felt amazing sleeping there. You have a bedroom with a bed, cupboards, clothes rack and tv - bathroom - and living room connected with kitchen - big refrigerator , pans and even a soy sauce! very reccomend! Also it’s good to rent a car to get to city centre / explore PR, but if not - there is a bus 3 min away and cost 0,75$ (students 0,50$)

“Excellent and convenient place”
The host was reached and available at anytime, the place is nearby points of interest, beach, gas stations, malls and restaurants. Social life is accessible too. The a/c was incredible and very comfortable place to spend your time.

The property is located in a very strategic position with lots of amenities nearby (bakery, supermarket, shops, restaurants, beach). The host is very fast in replying to messages and accommodating basic requests. The bakery across the street is a plus!
