Overview
With an outdoor infinity pool overlooking Condado Beach, this 4 star resort features a 24-hour casino and several fine dining restaurants. The large guestrooms have private sea view balconies. The brightly decorated rooms at La Concha Resort have floor to ceiling windows opening to the balcony. They have flat-screen smart TVs. Other amenities include iPod docking stations and work desks. Guests can relax on a lounge bed at the sundeck surrounding the outdoor pool. Or enjoy a drink from the poolside bar in the hot tub. The hotel also boasts a fitness centre with cardio equipment and free weights. Free bike rental is also available. For breakfast and dinner, guests can choose from a variety of onsite restaurants . Guests can also choose to dine in the privacy of their own room. The breakfast included in the rate is only for 2 people.

One of the most uncomfortable stays in are whole trip in Puerto Rico. First off.. it's not a 4 star hotel. I stay at old San Juan hotel for 4 nights before and there is such a gulf between the two hotels yet they're both rate 4 star. We were woken up to here a builder drilling holes into the walls at 8.30am.. rang front desk and the person could barley speak English to us. Front deak apparently saus that the construction/renovation updates were noted on the website. It says nothing about eaxcat times or dates or that youll be woken up every morning on your vacation from 8am to 5pm. Complete joke! The pictures of the hotel are false advertising at its finest.. once your inside the hotel you quickly realize that it's a bit of scam. The ammenties like the pool are much smaller than what the website depicts. The elevators take an age and sound like they'll stop any minute. The entire hotel is grimy and is in dire need of a major face-lift. It took us 60 minutes to get serve for breakfast in restaurant.. it's just not a 4 star hotel right now.. maybe it was but don't trick people into paying prices for something that isn't near worth the value of the rates you charge.

It's markets itself as an upscale hotel, and it is 100% not that. Stayed in the Fairmont for the first half of the trip and its head over heels better than la concha.. don't be fooled by the photos. This place needs a big face lift!

There were a lot of amenities to the property. Multiple pools, spa, restaurants, bars, and casino. The property was very clean and the staff was very accommodating.

I love everything some new renovations is the best hotel in San Juan we love it and is our favorite hotel and we always comeback there .Staff is great .The food is awesome!,We love the pools the sound of the beach at night !Great services ! And the Casino is the best of course I win !,,,

The breakfast was ok not much of an option. However, everything else was great ! We were nervous from some of the negative reviews but La Concha exceeded our expectations. We stayed on the 11th floor ocean view, STUNNING view. The room was spacious and clean. I will be staying here again
