“Comfortable and quiet hotel just steps from Calle Loíza”
Our stay was excellent. Maria at the front desk was exceptional. She gave us a curated list of favorite attractions, restaurants, beaches, and nightlife in the area, and was very friendly and helpful overall. There was a water outage during our stay (city-wide, no fault of the property), and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had powerful air conditioning and great bathroom facilities. The property has a communal refrigerator and dining room on the second floor, along with workstations perfect for longer stays. The parking lot is gated and just across the sidewalk, which was very convenient for our rental. Its location, just one block away from Calle Loíza, was very convenient as well. We can't wait to return.

The property is new and very cute. The rooms were very clean and smelled amazingly well. The staff is super helpful and there is private parking available (ask for it in advance!).

“Good option for stay in Santurce”
Early check in with friendly staff. Clean room with comfortable bed. We had a separate bathroom, but this was private and in close proximity. Great modern kitchen facilities. Located within 10 minute walk to beach.

Loved the location, easy to get to the beach and a lot of great restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was very modern and clean and had a shared kitchen space and also provided beach towels and sunscreens. The room was perfect for our stay and they even offered us a free parking space. I really enjoyed the stay!!

“Great location”
The people were nice and kind. The bed is big and comfy. The location of the hotel is great because you have a lot of places to go walking. The door coding locks are so easy to use and they are so safe, better than a key card.

The location was 2 minutes walking from multiple restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. It is 8 minutes from the beach and within walking distance from multiple great spots in San Juan. The hotel stay greatly contributed to my favorite vacation ever and I hope to one day return.
