I had a great experience at Isla Verde by the Beach. My wife and I stayed in Room #2. It's a small but nice & clean room and had everything we needed for our two nights here (including a small cooler & two beach chairs!). The internet was great (my wife was able to lead a Zoom call). And the location was great for us to check out Isla Verde. But best of all, the host (Russell) was communicative and helpful. He even gave us a couple great recommendations for local spots to get good food/drinks.

Nice cosy room, well decorated. Comfortable bed and very clean. Good air conditioning. Kitchen available to use. The shared bathroom was good and only shared with 1 other room so didn’t have any problems waiting for use.

“VERY misleading description - Many described amenities were shared, not private.”
Nice room. Bed OK, but a little too soft for my taste. Room clean. AC works. It is a private room with mostly shared facilities. The Shared bathroom (yes, this is actually disclosed as shared in the ad), but it is very small - tiny shower will be too small if you are a large person.

The location was nice and central, with plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities, and it seemed like a nice area. It was very easy to get there by the T5 Bus from the airport (75 cents per person), and easy to move around. The room was a bit small but manageable. Everything was nice and clean. The kitchenette and shared living room area were nice and clean as well. The AC worked perfectly too, so that was nice. Communication was fast and straightfoward.
