“Comfortable hotel in a good location”
This was our second stay at the hotel. We were cruising out of Puerto Rico, so we booked a night at each end of the trip at Hyatt House. Modern, clean and comfortable, and in a very convenient location for old San Juan and the cruise terminal.

“Clean and comfortable chain hotel”
Modern and clean chain hotel. Good location for the Old Town and the cruise port. Comfortable room. Good facilities including a lovely outdoor pool area and a well-equipped workout room. Fairly standard breakfast buffet was adequate for our needs. Bar area near reception, and a couple of restaurants in the neighbouring buildings.

“Disappointing room and service quality, but lovely staff”
The staff is amazing, everyone is smiling and helpful. The lobby, the bar and the surroundings feel quite modern. The pool area and its greenery are very nice.

“Excellent comfortable night's sleep with a great breakfast included ..”
Included breakfast. Excellent wide choice and plentiful. The hotel location was perfect, with a bay view and sight of our cruise ship. Reception ordered a suitable large taxi, which arrived in double quick time for the short transfer to the cruise terminal.

“My wife and I loved the place and can’t wait to visit again.”
I loved that breakfast was available and the omelettes were great. The staff was great and were able to speak both English and Spanish fluently.

the staff was great from our arrival, especially when it came to changing rooms due to a stale odor upon entrance to our room. They changed us to another room that smelled like a retirement home but after a long travel, I sprayed my perfume around the place and turned on my portable fan to air the room out. Overall the room had good amenities for what we needed. The breakfast was really good but because we came down early we missed out on the omelet station that looked really good. They offer a shuttle bus that took us to a nearby beach, it's fantastic! Restaurants are within walking distance.
