Old but authentic accommodation with a quaint shared area and indoor fountain. Felt very safe walking around the cobbled-stoned area of Old San Juan at night. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the foreshore. The hotel is very quiet but I recommend you ask reception to turn off the fountain at night so you can sleep peacefully.

“It met our needs for the most part but I would not rent there again”
The location was easy to find and easy to check in. On first look the unit was big and well appointed. There was a narrow balcony off of one bedroom and one off of a wide hall area. All bedrooms had double beds or wider. The kitchen was lovely and big with a huge island and bar stools. Most anything you needed was provided except for things like coffee or spices.

Location was very central to old St Juan with all its restaurants and bars. Had plenty of facilities to self cater if you chose. It was very authentic local run business as opposed to corporate bland hotel chain, loads of space in apartment to. Staff super helpful

“Excellent walkable location to everything in San Juan Viejo and is on Fortaleza Calle the main shopping district.”
The location was fantastic in Old San Juan. The security was sound felt adequate. this was not some chain hotel which always makes staying at a new location more memorable. We liked the shared kitchen area and common area seating, but private en-suite bathrooms.

What we like is solely location. It is in the middle of Old San Juan where we could explore the major touristic points within walking distance.
