The hotel staff are excellent - very friendly, knowledgable and helpful - not to be faulted. The open bar is a nice touch, but perhaps an offering to make up for the hotel's shortcomings (see below). The location is excellent and perfect to easily explore restaurants, bars and historical sites within just a short walk.

Staff are amazing, very welcome, great communication, friendly and fun. Welcome drink was a nice touch as was then carrying bags to the room. Nice historic old building. Roof terrace has nice view and open bar is appreciated.

“Fantastic place and perfect position to stay in PR!”

The guys were fantastic and the position was amazing, exactly in the city center. The structure of the building is historical, with modern details, and gives a flavour on what was like to be in PR in the old ages. Even if there is no elevator, the guys at the reception have been really nice and helped us bringing upstairs the luggages. On top of this, I liked a lot the open bar and the rooftop!

Liked the central location and was convenient to catch our Cruise from there. All Staff were extremely accommodating which made it nicer to enjoy our stay.

There are many things to love about this hotel but it cannot be stressed enough how amazing the staff are. Friendliest most genuine group of hotel staff I’ve ever encountered, they really make you feel so welcome. Plus the rooms were comfy, location is perfect, open bar is incredible!

Incredible location, very close to the best spots to visit in Old San Juan. The staff were super welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The complimentary drinks are a plus. Would recommend anyone to stay here if ever coming to old San Juan

We loved the location as it's in the middle of the island. We were able to explore the entire Old San Juan by walking everywhere in three days. We did not need car service as we stayed local and wanted to soak in the richness of Old San Juan. Restaurants and landmarks are within walking distance. Car service were only used to and from the airport and it was $30. Free complimentary drinks all day long. Coffee, tea and water in the morning and alcoholic beverages after 12pm.
