The location was right on the beach. The facilities were excellent. The property was safe, well maintained, clean and had everything you needed. The communication with the hosts was excellent. We had just come from a stay in Miami where the hotel room was advertised as a Queen size delux and as a family of four (including two teenage boys), it was tiny! We arrived in Puerto Rico and expected to find a ‘Cosy’ (small) studio apartment and was very pleasantly surprised how spacious it was for us all and how many things it had for us to use; including beach chairs etc. This apartment is well stocked. I was a little concerned at first about the hosts not accepting payment on credit card, or through booking.com, but I needn’t have worried as the hosts are very trustworthy and were excellent with communication and instructions for entry into the apartment.

This Studio is wonderful and Eileen and Gabriela were so nice and helpful during our stay! The room was clean and very comfortable with all the amenities needed (full kitchen, bathroom, shower/tub, air conditioning, WIFI, comfy bed and couches, linens/towels, small cooler, beach chairs/umbrella). The enclosed patio is great for additional space and looks out to the pool and beach which are right outside the door! The location is great and we felt safe at all times. There are lots of stores and restaurants all within very short walking distance (several are just across the street). My wife and I will certainly stay here again next time we visit PR!

“Comfy little studio by the beach”

An isla verde ground floor studio with kitchenette, private bathroom, seconds from a good swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Free underground parking also! Location is amazing - central, very close to shops and restaurants, only a 15 minute drive to Old San Juan and 50 momutes to El Yunque! We hired a car but would recommend getting an uber (~$10 each way) - cheaper than gas + parking). Restaurant wise we would recommend Tomate (a Mexican restaurant with excellent margaritas) nearby and Raices (crazy pork chops, seafood and mofongo in Old San Juan). The flat itself was very comfortable and clean. Fridge, freezer, microwave, grill and hotplate available, flat screen TV as well with netflix etc. After an initial issue with communication and late instructions regarding check in Eileen was quick to respond to queries. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this to individuals or couples looking for a base for travels in San Juan with direct access to a pool and beach.
