“Peaceful and Clean Apartment”

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It’s located in a quiet residential area, perfect if you’re looking for peace and relaxation. There’s a bus stop nearby with easy connections to Old San Juan, and the closest supermarket is only a 5–7 minute walk away. Several restaurants are also within walking distance, and the beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped, including a moka coffee maker, which we really appreciated. There were plenty of towels provided, including beach towels, and the bathroom is spacious and comfortable. Susan, the owner, is extremely kind, helpful, and always available if needed. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay.

“Very cute apartment near the ocean”

Good location, noise-free and safe. Close to down town San Juan. Community is closed with the gates so it more safe. Quiet area but with services, restaurants and supermarket near by. Walking distance to beach. Susan, the host, charming and willing to help in every way. She gave great tips of places to visit around the area. The apartment was clean, comfortable and roomas are nicely decorated. Pretty new renovation. The living room & kitchen are nice and spacious and fully equiped.

the owner was amazing! We booked 1 hour in advance (at 6PM) and checked in at 7PM. Everthing was clean and perfect. the host was amazing, she was super helpful and flexible with our travel needs. the house also was super refined with all comfort: airco, tv, ,comfy sofa, snacks, super tech and modern appliances and in super safe building with a code gate. Additional plus there is a private parking that saved us from paying expensive parking in San juan

“Nice house near the sea in safe and quiet environment”

Generally nice house, not too big but sufficient. Comfy beds and good AC. House in safe and quiet neighborhood, 15min by car from Old San Juan. There is a bus going there but not frequent and service stops early in the evening. Great that you can walk to the sea for a quick swim in 2min.

“It is indeed COZY!”

Susan the host was extremely friendly and helpful, we felt totally safe there, I loved the birds singing in the morning. Also this apartment has everything the traveler could need, every little thing, it's amazing how thoughtful Susan is! Een tea and coffee and little snacks not to worry about breakfast!

Very comfortable apartment close by beaches and all attractions in San Juan. We had a rental car which was easy to park outside the house. The host was wonderful and really helpful with all our question before and during our stay.

Nice restaurants are close by - you can park your car directly in front of the appartment! Kitchen got all the tools you need if you feel like cooking at home

Everything, host was great, went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. Location and facilities were awesome, would have loved to have stayed longer, definitely return if ever in Puerto Rico again.

Susan was so kind and an awesome host. The space was extremely clean and had helpful items such as towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, and more! We rented a car so it was nice to have a driveway. The area felt safe, it is a gated community. We interacted with a few of the neighbors and they were all super kind and helpful with helping us find things to do. It is also a comfy apartment for a night in after a long day, the couch and bed were super comfortable. It is a gorgeous space in an ideal location.

Big livingroom with all the facilities and equipment you need. In a quitet and lovely area, we felt so safe here. Short walk to the beach and restaurants.

“Amazing stay close to the beach and the city”

Simply amazing stay. Susan is a spectacular host. The apartment is fully equiped and very cute. The living room & kitchen are nice and spacious and fully equiped. The bathroom espically the fully body shower is a nice touch of luxury as well! Having Netflix and a large tv were also a nice plus espically after a busy day in the city. The bed is extremely comfortable. In terms of deocration, the apartment is very homey with tons of little peronal touches. The fact that this is located in a gated community with private parking was a tremendous plus, espically given the location. Speaking of location, the proximity to the airport is exceptional. 8 minutes by car.
