“Very low quality accommodation.”
There was nobody at the raception. The reception was the veranda of a rundown house. The Inn has nothing to do with the pictures and it is far away from the beach.

Nothing it was filthy dirty there was a leaking air con system in the room and the carpet on the floor was soaking the place needs to be knocked it’s that run down I don’t know how there are so many good reviews you definitely need to inspect it

“Enjoyed location because of privacy”
The location is perfect . Its walking distance to everything. Its also very secluded and therefore great for privacy reasons. If you have a guest its your responsibility to let them in at the gate . Unlike many other places if you want privacy I highly recommend here.

Location was easy walking distance to restaurants, beach and shopping. If your just looking for somewhere to sleep that is convenient to exploring San Juan, then the rooms are just a little better than OK. Manger Eddy was very helpful.
