“Home away from home”

Excellent location in Condado. Would have appreciated a coffee service in the morning even if no continental breakfast (like when it was a B&B in the 1990s). Staff friendly and helpful.

The building is very pretty and well located near the city and the beach. There are many good restaurants around as well. The bed was comfortable.

The location was very central in Condado, by the beach. You could use a nice warm little pool at the sister hotel. Staff very friendly and polite.

It was terrible. There was no Internet which staff could not fix over a 2 day period. Joanne a 3 year employee did not know the manager and could not refer our complaints. She was rude, indifferent and had no authority. She could not name a manager or refer us to one and only had a generic email address, I would like a refund and them removed from booking.com as it takes away confidence from your website.

$300 CAN for 1 night in this very small room with an even smaller bathroom was disappointing

The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, easy to walk to the beach or Uber further afield. Good price. I liked that they had a central kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Coffee, water and ice were available all the time. Great black out curtain and excellent air conditioning which kept the room super cool.
