“Perfect for my needs”

The room is clean and comfortable and it smells so good. Check in and check out is very fast. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt so safe walking around the area even at night. There's a lot of restaurants, grocery and gift shops around so you won't get hungry. I like that there's a kitchen so if you want to get some groceries and want to cook some breakfast you can definitely do that. And most importantly, the beach is a minute walk which is awesome! Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found it very relaxing. I would definitely come back!

Nothing sheets towels were dirty ask for replacements for the first day and housekeeping was not unavailable had to wait next day. Manager was horrible couldn’t meet with me when they were trying to charge me extra for towels that were already yellow. Stated we stained them?. Please do not waste your time and money. Towels were disgusting sheets were disgusting bathroom was not clean and they had a sign do not flush toilet paper down the toilet? Was does that even means. AC was dripping water flooded my room. They are sooo many other hotel on that street. Save yourrrr money. How do you charge for using towels? $12 ? For each one. Please listen to the reviews and avoid going there. I have many reviewers and I promise you this isn’t the place to go.

“Good, no-frills lodging just off the beach”

This is a very basic hotel. There are a few amenities like a small kitchen area (in the hotel, not the room) but don't expect anything fancy. That said, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the rooms were clean and it felt secure. The location is excellent for both access to the beach (good surfing one beach over) and the airport. Old Town is a short cab or Uber away.

Very time we come to Puerto Rico, this is where we stay a few days. The beach is right behind the hotel. So many restaurants to choose from. The bus to San Juan is near the hotel, so you don't have to drive there.
