“Great location, clean room but the toilet flusher didn't work.”

The location is great, in a nice area with lots of great restaurants and bars. The area was safe and we felt comfortable walking around in the evening. The property was clean and they had a nice touch of leaving two small bottles of water for us. The taxi driver had warned us not to drink the tap water so this was a great touch that gave us a moment to gather ourselves and shower before heading out and getting supplies. They sent the access codes in advance so that even without WiFi I could open the email and be able to access the property.

The furniture, location and cleaning are great.

We cannot swim at the beach closed to the apartment. The beach is unsafe for swimming due to rip currents and water contamination.

We had a great stay, we received information about the self check-in and everything went smoothly. The place was perfect, made us wish we stayed longer. It was very clean and secure, the neighborhood was nice as well and walking distance from good restaurants and grocery. Internet was quick and consistent

A very clean, spacious apartment with good space and all the amenities one could ask for. Extremely efficient AC in 2 different rooms. Nice decor. Comfortable bed. Strong Wifi. Only steps away from the beach and a 2-minute walk to a large supermarket. Excellent value for money in San Juan and would highly recommend.

I was there for hurricane Fiona and they said they were going to refund partial of my stay do to none electricity, and I still yet received money back. Don’t stay at this property they don’t keep their promises.
