“Unpleasant”
The terrible noise, the fact that the windows could not be opened, the bathroom door that had holes in it towards the room, and all the noises and smells in the bathroom were perceived by everyone else in the room.

“Would recommend if looking for something outside the busy area”
WiFi not working in rooms. No safe. Location ok but a bit out from old town. Spacious room. Just needs a bit of TLC. No easy parking to find.

“Nicest little inn in tourist area”
The nicest little inn in a very tourist area, with the beach just across the street and many bars and restaurants nearby. There is an inner yard with flowers and a small pool. The owner is super friendly and helpful, had such a great stay!

The location is central, near beach, restaurants and shops, so it is a good place to be based. The pool is quite pleasant, however the mosquitos like the pool as well, so advisable to take repellent. The possibility to stay after the check-out specially when you a late night flight was good and staff are friendly... almost all!

The authentic look and large outdoor space. Rooms were large and had a local charm. Staff were very nice. Ambiance lighting of room was nice for romantic settings.

Beautiful little place in the heart of San juan. The staff was extremely friendly, Eddie helped me so many ways. Couldn't tie a tie and he had my back, needed blankets he had me, need an iron he had me, Eddie is the man. Beautiful hotel well worth the money
