“Lovely inn in a wonderful neighborhood, with a great host!”
Roberto was an excellent and informative host and helped get us settled. It is an easy walk to the beach, and there are free towels, beach chairs, coolers, and other items available to take. There are many good restaurants, breakfast places, and bars nearby. It is a pretty and safe area. The room we were in was clean and comfortable.

Lovely location, right near a great beach, the room was spacious with a full kitchenette, they offered beach towels along with various things to enjoy the beach (boogie board, chairs, coolers etc), the owner was extremely friendly and helpful with great recommendations.

“Excellent experience all around”
Brilliantly maintained, great customer service, facilities were all extremely clean and the location couldn’t have been better. Roberto also made himself available to assist at all times - highly recommended.

“Great place to use as “Home Base” as we explored the island.”
The owner was extremely helpful and had a lot of things on hand to borrow (towels, chairs, cooler, etc.) pretty good location, but we rented a car and didn’t cover the are much. Plenty of supper options near by.

“The best place to stay in San Juan”
Everything - Roberto was exceptionally helpful and made my stay in San Juan so much better. The rooms are spacious and the neighbourhood is friendly, has some great beaches and excellent restaurants. A great place to stay for solo travellers and those travelling with others.

Amazing location right by a quiet beach in Ocean Park. Very close to food, bars, shopping, but still quiet and residential, with access to other parts of the city. Hosts are nice, knowledgeable, relaxed, and accommodating.

“Welcoming home away from home!”
The location is fantastic, a few minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. I felt safe walking around at night. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The property is very homely and the owners are friendly and so helpful. They don’t have an in-house restaurant but there are lots of places to eat nearby and if you have takeout there are plates, glasses and cutlery in the rooms. There is a lovely courtyard with tables and chairs for guest use. They have a snack bar with drinks, chips etc for purchase. They also provide complimentary beach chairs, towels and coolers. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off that pesky beach sand. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back! Gracias Andalucia Guest House!

“Lovely guest house with attentive, caring hosts.”
The hosts have created a beautiful place with a colorful patio full of plants and with comfortable chairs and several tables where guests can relax. I am a frequent traveler, and nowhere else have I found such caring, generous hosts who strive to make everyone's stay an excellent experience. The property is close to a beautiful, clean beach with lots of palm trees that provide shade. Although it was high season, it was never crowded. The water temperature was in the 80s (in mid March) but I had to get used to the enormous strength of the waves. The sand is really soft and clean. I loved that towels and beach chairs were provided by the guest house free of charge. One can easily reach Old San Juan (about 15 minutes with an Uber) - it's a really pretty little town. The airport is just about 10 minutes away but no airplane noise is heard at the guest house or beach. There are several nice restaurants and well-stocked supermarkets in the area. I highly recommend the Andalucia Guest House and its owners! **********

I had a lovely stay here, as Roberto was really helpful and always available to help, which was important to me as a solo traveller. I had an issue with the internet and he immediately looked into it. As it was not immediately fixable he offered me an alternative room and helped me move.

“Lovely home away from home.”
No breakfast. But great location for me. Roberto is a perfect host. The room was spacious. Everything was exceptional quality and exceptionally clean. There were written instructions for everything. I can't think of anything that was missing. It was a very enjoyable stay.
