“Great place & great hosts made for an amazing trip to San Juan”
We stayed in Suite 23 with a balcony overlooking the busy San Francisco street … right in the heart of San Juan where you can soak up the local atmosphere, close to all the bars and restaurants. The suite has everything you need and although a little dated it has everything you would want and the bed is so comfy. The hosts have gone out of their way to welcome us and provide all the necessities and there’s water, snacks provided and they even brought us a bottle of Cava … very nice people. If you’re looking for the Ritz-Carlton experience this isn’t the place for you but if you want to be immersed in the local atmosphere, in a comfortable suite that has everything you would need then this is the place for you.

“Couldn’t have found a better place !”
Location is perfect for the stay in Old San Juan- 5 to 10 min walk everywhere ! Apartment is very specious and aircon works well (you need this in that heat !) To top this up the owners are extremely helpful and accommodating, if we ever make it back that part of the world we would be booking this place again !

“Guest house La Vida was a great find, large apartment, perfect location and lovely host”
The space is fantastic, light, airy and massive living area and bedroom. The balcony is great. The kitchen has all the cutlery, crockery and appliances you need. The location is perfect, you can walk almost anywhere in Old San Juan from the apartment. The complimentary snacks are a treat The host was lovely and friendly and arranged a late checkout.

“Wonderful place to stay in Old San Juan.”
The host was very accommodating. Provided us with excellent instruction on how to get our keys and let us drop off our luggage before check-in time. Then even put our luggage in our room for us. The location was great if staying in Old San Juan! Close to wonderful restaurants.

“Beautiful spacious apartment walking distance to everything in Old San Juan!”
This beautiful spacious apartment is in the heart of Old San Juan, just walking distance from all the attractions. It has a kitchenette, comfy bed, a smart TV, and terrace with a beautiful view of Calle San Francisco. The owner was very responsive and attentive when we had a question about checking in and left us some delicious snacks and some bottled water in the fridge. Would definitely stay again!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a room. Small room, suffocating atmosphere due to the lack of a window and bad smells from the enclosure. Unfortunately we had a small bed that it wasn’t for 2 adults. There was no WiFi connection, so we had to consume our data. the quality of its providers does not correspond in any case to its price. Not recommended it at all!!!
