The location which allows you to walk to the pyramids (1.3 km), the breakfast is quite good, and the bed is comfy. Hot water in the shower.

“Beautiful lush garden and walking distance to the pyramids”
The beautiful internal patio with lush and immaculate garden is the highlight of this small B&B. All rooms face the patio and are bathed in sunlight with the added bonus of sunset views. Location is great - 10 minute walk to Gate 2 entrance to the pyramids. The street - a cul de sac - is very quiet and there is a small convenience shop literally across the road. The bed was large and extremely comfortable.

We only stayed one night but had a fantastic experience. The place was spotless, spacious, and very calm, with a beautiful garden. We enjoyed a big breakfast in the morning, which was a great start to the day. The location is perfect—very close to the archaeological zone. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending great restaurants and arranging an amazing tour guide. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a convenient location for getting to the Teotihuacan pyramids, and the breakfast is good and enthusiastically served. There is free parking available for guests next to the hotel.

“Nice hotel in close proximity to the Teotihuacan ruins”
Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff and very close to the Teotihuacan ruins (it's a 10min walk to gate #2 which opens at 8:00). Wifi was good. Breakfast was OK. Parking was on site, which was nice. Would stay there again.

Nice pleasant, peaceful location. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. The breakfast room is glassed in so very bright on a cool morning. Coffee was excellent, and breakfast was simple but good. The bonus was hotel shower water in 10 seconds. Too many places you have to waste so much water before it gets warm.

“Looking for a clean and quaint place to stay this hits the spot.”
The location is very remote, but is the closest to the pyramids. Rooms are very clean and the bed was very cozy. Breakfast was included and was made fresh to order, simple but tasty. My husband who is very difficult to please has nothing to complain about besides being far from the busy city life, there is a small convenient store that provided basic necessities.

There are two places by the exact same name in Mexico. We put the other name by accident into Waze and went about 150 miles off course. Please make sure it’s the exact address. Do not go by the name of the hotel or you will be lost.

“Perfect location to visit the pyramids- quiet and excellent breakfast”
