It was clean and comfortable. The manager (Fernando) and his staff were super nice and helpful

Very clean, comfortable hotel within 15 mins walk of the Pyramids so we could be at the gate when it opened. Amazing view from the terrace of all the hot air balloons over the pyramids in the morning. Good choice of breakfast, hotcakes made fresh on the morning we didn't go to the Pyramids.

Staff was amazing.

Fatima the receptionist and other members of staff were really kind and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and from the bedroom window we saw the balloons going up at sunrise. We slept well. The patio was pretty and a nice bonus. The location was within walking distance to gate 5 to visit the pyramids. We didn't try breakfast, as we were at the ticket office at 8 am. Given the location and staff and comfort it represented good value for money.

Basic hotel near to the pyramids of Teotihuacan. Permitted to keep the car in the garage.

My stay at Hotel Jatziri was excellent. Fernando went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, communication was always easy, the value for money was great and obviously a very close distance to the Teotihuacan archaeological site. I highly recommend the hot air balloon ride.

“Worth It”

As an American, it was a very well designed hotel. The rooms had a modern feel and the beds were appropriate for the location.

The hotel had the perfect location to do a balloon flight! It also has a nice terasse where you can see the Pirámides. The town is very small, but it has a lovely market where you can go in the evenings and get some streetfood. Also the staff is very friendly, especially Eduardo. We had very interesting conversations (he can speak English).

The personal has been extra kind organizing the transport, being patient and helpful. Good breakfast

“Breathtaking views of the Teotihuacan pyramids!”

The location of this hotel is what sold us when we booked, and we were not disappointed! We stayed on a two day visit to Teotihuacan and thought it would be great to be able to see the pyramids from our hotel. Although they have rooms that overlook the pyramids, we didn’t stay in one of these (they weren’t available when we booked at the last minute!), but the best views are from the terrace on the top floor which is open to all guests. And these views are just amazing! We had seen photos of the hot air balloons that fly over the pyramids early in the morning and thought they would be nice to see. I happened to wake up at 6.30 and thought I’d take a look to see if there were any. Over the next hour and a half one became 10, became 20 and became 50 before I gave up counting, but they all majestically sailed by and over the site giving us some of the best memories of our trip! The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was exceptional value. And everything that you need is provided. It was a great place to stay. If you’re hung up on designer decor then maybe you’d find something to moan about, but if you are that way out then you probably think the pyramids are a bit dated and should be replaced with something more modern!

We are from Taiwan in Asia, family travel, originally worried about the hotel arrangement, but to the scene, Fernando is very kind and very active to solve all our needs, but also help me arrange a safe hot air balloon company, because it is the off-season of tourism, he is less busy, very active to accompany us throughout the hot air balloon trip, so that our family enjoys this journey, I highly recommend you to choose this accommodation, his top terrace is a public space, You can see the entire pyramid and the hot air balloon directly

Enthusiastic landlord. Very delicious breakfast. Very beautiful environment and terrace. There are hot air balloons every morning. Bikes can also be rented. There is a lot of delicious food in the village. You can walk from the pyramid.

Hotel is close to the ruins and restaurants.
